The work was great. we got the estimate fairly late in the season (august) and it took a few follow up calls to get a response on when they would be coming. Other than that they did great work, completed on time. One reason I chose them is they graded the dirt around the wells and will come back one time after it settles to put in and grade more dirt. Competitors offered to simply dump dirt in my driveway. I would definitely use them again and probably wouldn't even bother calling competitors.
Description of Work: New egress window installed, existing standard egress window liner replaced, very large (12 feet wide) custom well liner built and installed to replace existing well. All wells were dug down to the drain tile and filled with pea rock. Dirt was added around the wells and they will come out when I call in the spring to add more dirt (once) to take care of settling.

EXCELLENT! This company was very professional and clean. They put protective sheets of wood down on my lawn when they were driving large equipment. There wasn't one clump of dirt out of place when they were finished (I'm not even exaggerating) and you wouldn't have known large equipment was even on the lawn. They said they would be done in one day and they were. They dug the hole on a thursday about 5 pm and when we got home on friday around 4pm they were already gone. We didn't have to cover anything in the basement because they used a wet saw that has no dust. We do have an unfinished basement, but they were still very clean. When we got the estimate, the owner Terry, even went as far as making sure we got a right handed crank to optimize air flow with the direction the window would face. We did have to stain the window well. That wasn't too bad of a job and it only took around 2 hours (that's 2 coats). With the clay in our area, we did underestimate the amount of settling, but that has been easy to fix. We just bought a couple of bags of pea rock from Menards and we have been moving dirt from our garden to the window area. Overall, they were outstanding and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. They were a little more expensive then some other companies, but Precision Concrete Cutters specializes in egress windows vs. a company who does other work. We are very happy with the work they performed for us.
Description of Work: Precision installed a cedar egress window. This required digging a 8' x 7' hole to access the drain tile, cutting our poured foundation, cutting some brick on the outside of our house, installing a vinyl clad 36" x 41" Anderson window, installing a double terraced cedar well and back filling with pea rock.
