Diane Nordhaugen was outstanding to work with. After some negative experiences with another realtor/agency, my friends with extremely high standards recommended Diane. It took me months to find the right house, but she was always well informed, friendly, and available. (She's also hilarious, which made some of the frustrating months of searching a little easier.) This was my first time buying a house alone, and she was very helpful in explaining how to evaluate a listing, and details I should be noticing in the homes when we walked through. I felt like Diane wanted me to make the best decision for my family, rather than a quick sale. I would use her again in a heartbeat!

Real Estate Agent Randy Clark was diligent on task of listing and selling our 4-level home He contacted us to re-list the house when sales of homes picked up in Winter of 2013 (unusual time of year for new sales) This posting turned into a sale within a WEEK! We even had multiple bids that added to the end price. Working with Randy we were able to acquire our new condo without coming home during our snow bird trip. Once the sale was final, Randy did not abandon us when we needed his help with a couple of inspection deficits that were not completed on signing date. All in all we felt well taken care of by Park Reality and Randy.

She was always willing to make time for us, even though she was very busy with a lot of different customers. She is very honest and trustworthy. She came recommended by at least 10 of our friends and co-workers, who all had good experiences with her.
