We called everyone listed in the Fargo directory that fixes appliances. We chose one out of Morehead not on Angies List because they could come out the next day.

They were prompt, courteous and efficient. I have used them many times for repairing appliances and have always been pleased with their service. There is never a long wait time and they do a good job.

After a telephone interview on what was needed, Nodak ordered a part and told me it would be about 2 days. On the third day, I called them for an update on the order. (The only shortcoming I can report.) They gave me a time for doing the work. The repairman was actually available several hours earlier and gave me a courtesy call to offer the earlier appointment. The work was done quickly and cleanly. The repairman also offered good information on the use of our washer.

They were very helpful and friendly.

It was a good experience. There wasn't any charge of dollars because it was under warranty. They have long term employees that are knowledgeable. Their repair of appliances has been reasonable. In some instances they are willing to come out to the house. They are very honest.

I would recommend them. They are good people.

The icemaker went out. Called Nodak and they were able to send someone on my day off instead of having to come home for the repair man. The repair man Lenny came out, right on time and within a hr had the Icemaker changed out and working properly. He also fixed the water button with no charge. He was very professional, got right to work and left the parts on the old icemaker. The refridgerator is around 10 yrs old and by fixing it we can look forward to a few more yrs. I would add that the compressor went out on this same fridge and Nodak looked it up an repaired it @ no cost under a warranty just about to expire..
