Kurt was right on time and did a great job cleaning the carpets as requested. He was able to schedule our appointment at the time we requested. While the carpet just had normal daily use dirt, it was cleaned not only to our satisfaction, but also to the satisfaction of the landlord.

I'm moving into an existing home.The carpets were cleaned by another "green" company just a week ago, but at least 50 stains remained. The previous cleaner used a "dry" method that was really nothing more than vaccuming. I was certain I would have to have all the carpets replaced.I was referred to Kleen-Way by someone who had worked with them for several years. They came to re-clean the carpets in less than 3 days, and I really couldn't believe how great the carpets looked after Kleen-Way cleaned them. Nearly every stain had disappeared. The carpet had a whole new life. They saved me thousands in carpet replacement. They were very professional, and explained why "dry" cleaning is not best for every situation. They were fast and left the job site very clean. They are very reasonable priced for the professional service they provide. When you hire Kleen-Way, you are hiring someone who really cares about getting your carpets clean, not just the "appearance" of cleaning your carpets. I really can't give them enough praise. Best carpet cleaning service I have EVER recieved.

The provider was a little late, but did call ahead of time to forewarn he was running tardy. I was charged $150.00 to clean the rooms, when I had been quoted $130.00 for the exact same description of what needed to be done. The provider does not take credit cards, which I'm not used to, so I had to dig out a check book. That apparently is a local limitation, a lot of providers around here don't take them, so no fault of his. I was told that if I took the headboard off a bed, it would be moved so the entire carpet could be cleaned. I did that. When the carpets were dry and I moved the bed back, I saw there was an area under the bed that had not been cleaned. I called the provider the next day and he came back later that day and cleaned it. I would have preferred that he just admitted his error and cleaned it up with apologies, instead of justifying the fact that he missed that area. However, he did clean it, and reiterated that he wanted to assure customer satisfaction (which I interpret to mean wanted to make sure I didn't leave bad feedback, as I had told him I got his name off Angie's List.) So in that sense, Angie's List works to assure a professional result, even if its not heartfelt. I don't have any complaints about the actual cleaning of the carpets, other than the missed area. They appear to have been cleaned appropriately.

Found company on Angie's list, called on a Thursday and they came the following Monday (which was Memorial Day!). Job well done, person I spoke to very polite.

We live in a house which is only a couple of years old and I had my carpets cleaned once. I was very happy with them. When it was done they wanted me to walk through the house and look at everything. They didn’t want to leave till I looked around and approved it and I was very impressed with that. I had the upstairs and 2 bedrooms done and I paid $55 and I thought it was reasonable. They had to do extra stain removal in the bedroom as I spilled a candle. Whatever they used to remove that was very good and it was wonderful. I haven’t had other cleaners so I don’t know about the price. Some of the places I called when I told them how much work I had, wouldn’t even come over. I was quite happy they didn’t have a problem with that. They were very good and responsive.
