Did a great job.

The work is scheduled for Feb. 20, 2019. I was pleased with the person who came to assess the situation. I do not assume the installation of the triple safe sump pumps will solve the problem entirely. But there is hope. And i like there will be Basement Innovations to turn to as needed. I feel much more secure about going into the next season of 3 or4 100 year floods coming up this Spring and Summer and Autumn of 2019.

Very professional during the estimate and work. Installed the drain tile in half the time estimated and did a fantastic job.

Repaired wall where 50 yr old plaster cracked. Explained in detail extent of work & duration of work. Excellent containment of dust & great job of cleaning up work site. Extremely happy with finished product.

Called the evening prior to install to confirm a time. Arrived on time, work was completed in less than a day. Necessary explanations given in laymen's terms, very pleased with the outcome.

This company's sales and repair-evaluation representative was superb -- competent, friendly and available by telephone for follow-up questions. The workers arrived promptly and completed the job in less than one day, leaving the area in which they worked cleaner than they found it. They answered all my questions and did exactly what I was told they would do.

Took care of our moisture problem, not enough time has passed to see if musty air improves and it stays dry. So far so good. Great company with quality work. Labor is understaffed and doesn’t ret is calls or call if they aren’t showing up. Communication needs improvement. Great company, great product if they improve communication they would be a 5 star company.

What a relief to have this issue fixed so quickly. A great bunch of guys too. Dave and Andy were wonderful to work with. They took the time to find a reasonable solution to the problem.
