The project team consisted of Kaz, Jack and Connor. Despite the adverse weather conditions, the team all showed up on-time everyday and were very particular as they diligently worked to complete the job as scheduled. The project manager Kaz was very communicative throughout the project and readily addressed all questions & issues that arose. The team did an excellent job & I am very satisfied with the work. These three guys Brenden, Isiah & Tevin were fantastic! First they came all the way to Raleigh!! They showed up on time every day, communicated about the project at every stage and left an immaculate encapsulated crawl space! Outstanding work in re-enforcing the foundation as well. Iâ m very pleased with the finished work and grateful for their professionalism!

Timely and very friendly

Technician was great and informative but I feel the service is a bit overpriced for an inspection of encapsulation.

We had our concrete floors raised as they have settled over the years. Joey and Derrick were the team that did the raising. Fantastic professionals and excellent workmanship. They not only answered our questions but explained why and how the foam worked. I was a home builder for 10 years and can recognize good workman. These two were outstanding. If you need foundation work or concrete floors lifted, give Innovative a call. DON'T SETTLE FOR ANYTHING LESS.

Our project was to lift and balance a garage floor and long driveway using foam. Marc, Ben and Andrew showed up on time, did a thorough job, explaining the process every inch of the way. They did what was contracted for plus a bit. The cleanup was everything I could have asked for. We were told exactly what possible problems to watch for and what to do about them. A very good experience and a good warranty.

A dehumidifier was installed and line was run to a drain to deal with ongoing humidity issues.

I am particularly impressed with the followup maintence provided by servieman David Kotke. He installed the dehumidifier that needed to be replaced and he has provided the yearly maintenance that clears any debris out of the channels. He clearly explained what he was doing, did it in an efficient manner and was friendly.

David K performed annual maintenance on our sump pumps. He was very friendly, professional, flexible and knowledgeable. He provided valuable advice and I highly recommend.

On time and very helpful for a dehumidifier install.

Our driveway was damaged during their work while our house was for sale. At least six calls yielded no response. .

After the initial install, Tyler came out today and correctly assessed a problem with the original battery and explained everything to me. I was very satisfied with the response and thought Tyler as a representative for you company did a fine job in diagnosing the problem with the original backup batter.

Poor employee management.

Innovative Basement installed a partial drainage system in our basement, to interface with an existing system. The interface was incorrectly addressed, and there was further leakage at the site of the interface. The first technicians that came from IBS to look at it did not recognize any problem with the join. When the customer service rep came later, he saw it right away and ordered a repair. Turned out OK in the end, but the interface between the 2 systems should have been installed correctly in the first place. Perhaps a service rep inspection upon project completion would help?

Initial inspection was thorough, and rep was clear with suggestions and costs. Work crew was punctual and worked hard to finish the job in one long day. Good pros, would work with them again.

It was painless and now we can enjoy our basement without worrying with every rainstorm no mold !

Shenay was amazing to work with to schedule the first foundation tightening since the initial work was completed 4 years ago. We have had no water in the basement since having the work done and this was our first routine check. Dave was the tech that came out to perform the service. He was efficient and appeared thorough and it s his inspection and work.

It was installation of a sump pump. Craig, Tyler and a third gentleman whose name I canâ t remember were great. Arrived on time, did a wonderful job, were professional and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them. Took only a day and a half from start to finish.
