I hired this company to fix a foundation crack that had been haunting me for a few years. They arrived as planned, fixed the crack, cleaned up the mess and was very efficient. I could not have asked for a more professional service. I have not have one bit of trouble since this issue was fixed. Now I do not have to worry about water slowly leaking into my basement when it rains or in the spring when the snow melts and the ground thaws out. I give their name to everyone who asks if I know of someone to fix their basement crack etc. I would hire this company back in a heartbeat !! What I appreciated is that they did not make me believe I was going to have a $10,000 repair to drain my pocket book. They were honest and upfront. Told me what they can do to fix it and the cost. It was worth every penny for the piece of mind I have now. Thank you Innovative Basement Systems! I can rest well now knowing my basement is fixed and doing fine.

Overall was a great experience. Reliable company and customer service. Labors are professional and fast doing quality work. A big system is not cheap, but it is dependable and a wet basement again is way more expensive. I am very happy with our basement system with the interior basement system, triple sump, and dehumidifier.

So far I have hired this company to fix my foundation. They are working with me on a time since I need to have a plumber come in first to disconnect the hot water heater and remove it and some of the plumbing before the crack can be repaired. I was very impressed with the time frame at which I was contacted and the ease of them to work with me setting up a time. This is to take place in June, and I'm anxious to get this done. I will come back and update this once the project has been completed. I do recommend them on how knowledgeable they are and friendly.

Dave and crew were hard workers and kept dirt to a minimum. Dan Widenstrom and crew, who put the woodwork back together again, went out of his way, both in scheduling and in completing the job in a timely manner. In a time when customer service seems to be a lost art, I was impressed with both crews.
