+ -1 moreHoiberg Construction was a subcontractor on a project of the home we are in. It was done last summer. I thought they did a pretty good job. We just noticed in the last couple of weeks there is a crack in the garage floor, I don't know how serious it is right now, it's a little hairline crack, but it does freeze up here, it gets cold in the winter time and it's in the garage. Because it's in the garage and the garage has heat, but never really freezes in the garage. So I am a little bit surprised at that, I haven't decided what to do about that. I am going to bring it up to the general contractor. See if there is anything they can do to make it better or whatever. Other than that, they did the sidewalk, they did the driveway, they did the foundations. They left an inprint on the sidewalk and the driveway so I know they did that. I assume they did the other concrete work too.
