+ -1 moreWhen I called to scedule an appointment, he was very kind and understanding of my work schedule. We got an appointment penciled in right away. He was so punctual, he beat me there. By the time the appointment started, he was totally ready to go. Within an hour, he was done and he said we could start moving in another hour. Not only was he quick, but he was honest about everything. He went over everything he did and what he used to get the stains out. He was even able to tell me WHAT the stains were. Wow, he was great!
Description of Work: Very personable and professional. He came in and talked about what needed to be done and took care of it before I got back! He even went out of his way to clean the floor heaters. He explained the type of carpet that our apartment had was made out of plastic and would not look perfect, but I don't know what he was talking about. When he was finished, the carpet looked cleaner than when we moved into that apartment. He also had a knack for smells in the carpet. He asked us if our building allowed pets. When I said cats only, he said he smelled some dog urine smells and I should talk to the landlord about it. It turns out, he called too. I would recommend him to anyone!

+ -1 moreWhen I called to make an appointment, I wasn't sure if I needed it for wed or fri. They were very supportive and said they would schedule it for friday and steer others from scheduling on Wednesday just in case. When he arrived, I wasn't completely moved out so he said he would give me an hour. He came back when he said he would, vacuumed up the floor, and went to work. He was very courteous and very professional. The whole process took about 1 to 1.5 hours and was dry in another hour. The rates were very reasonable and the floor looked as if it were new. There is a lot of value offered by this service provider. I would definitely use this company again if I were in the area.
