Description of Work: Used Hauck & Buchholz about four years ago for a hanging/taping of an addition, some patching and retexture 2 rooms which had heavy popcorn on the ceiling. Called in spring and call was never returned. Called in the fall and the company was out the next day to do project. Was very happy with the work done. Called again this summer, hoping to use their service again. A company representative came out on the day and time arranged and stated an estimate would be emailed. Never received, called again, thinking it was possible the email did not go through. Was promised an email and followup call by the beginning of the next week. Sadly, neither was done. Wonder if the company had adequate work and did not want the smaller job I wanted done. Would give the company all A's except responsiveness for the first job, lack of initial return call was only con. Would use the company again provided they would be willing to return calls. Letter grades are based on attempt to get second job done.
