+ -1 moreIt went well. They quoted me their price over the phone (price list was on the counter when I came in), took my hard drive, back up drive and labeled it carefully. They called me one day later to tell me that they had completed my work and reported that they had no difficulties, retrieved everything that I asked for plus some videos that I had forgotten and that the entire process only took two hours. Its slightly expensive but there were no surprises, complaints, upcharges or headaches. This was the second time that I've used their service with the same high quality result.
Description of Work: They retrieved all of my data, favorites and email from my hard drive after my computer wouldn't start.

The store is very well staffed and is consistent every time I go in. I feel the prices are competitive and they have good sales.
