I called midweek and scheduled a time for the next Monday morning and was asked if I needed a quote or ok to do the work. I stated I am ready for the work to be done no need for a quote. Monday around 11:00 am received a call that the electrician was still out on the previous call and asked if 1 pm would work still. I accepted at 1 pm came and went. 2:30 pm passed still no call or electrician. 4:30 pm the electrician stopped by and took a look at what the work entailed and said not a big deal will be able to get to it on Wednesday. I understand Jobs sometimes go over. Wednesday came and went with no electrician or call. I got a call Friday and they apologized and asked if right away Monday would work the following week. We agreed to do it right away in the morning first thing so I don't get pushed back and wait all day. Monday 9:30 am got a call saying that the electrician was going over on another job and asked if the afternoon is still ok. I said it will be if he shows up. Do you want work if not let me know because I will find someone else its been a week and taking time to make sure someone is around is wasting everyone's time." They apologized again and said they will make sure the electrician will be there. It is 7:28 pm as I am writing this review and the electrician or the dispatcher has shown or called. Absolutely unprofessional I had work done with them a few years ago on my old house and will never use or suggest them again.

Jason arrived about 8:30 AM and completed all repairs by about 11:00 AM. As of this writing (March 27) all items repaired are still functioning correctly. I originally paid $49.00 for the service call through an Angie's list offer. The offer included a $125.00 discount of completed work. After the work was completed, I paid an additional $190.00, which I considered very reasonable for 2 1/2 hours labor plus parts. Jason was very efficient and professional.

I had a good experience with them. They were very prompt. They responded right away and came out. They were reasonably priced. They were very professional. I would use them in the future.
