After 40 years of moving, it finally happened, a bad experience. We would have been better off hiring a tree guy to chip everything through a tree chipper and blow into the moving van. We could have saved a lot of money and time. The positive things was they showed up on time and everything was wrapped in paper. . 2 months after the move, we still have 4 tv's without power cords, the one tv with a power cord doesn't have a remote. A kichen table without legs, lamps without shades, pieces and parts to everything but not enough to have a complete one, the list goes on. Basically they took apart everything we owned, put the parts in different boxes and then mislabled the boxes. Yippee, only 375 more boxes to open if we had room to sort it all out. Walked them through the house, pointed out and marked things not to be packed. You bet they were the first things packed.. When confronted about it, they replied why get upset about it, you can sort it out at your new house. A disaster. Ultimate sin was the crew asked us to let them pack on a Sunday since they were drastically behind schedule. We agreed to it, they never showed up, never called. We had to leave a farewell breakfast to get crapped on. They also stood up the truck drivers who also assumed these guys were going to help. Just don't let these guys pack your belongings, I'm sure they are really good guys in a bar somewhere
