Description of Work: Tom was Fabulous!!! We decided to move instead of remodeling, otherwise I would have his company complete the work and feel very comfortable. We do plan to call him in our new house to do some work in the future.

+ -1 moreI did Delta Design come to my house. He is very good and thorough. They are kind of expensive. My neighbour used them a lot so he has been very satisfied with their work. They do excellent work but sometimes you pay extra for that, you know, if you have planning material and all that, expertise and that sort of thing. You end up paying more for... but because he didn't actually give me a written estimate. He was just giving me an impression of what he thought of the project may cost. I can only go with what my neighbor has told me, I don't have any direct experience. He was very responsive. He didn't charge me anything for the visit, so that's good, you know. He just did it for free.
Description of Work: I got an estimate from Delta Design & Construction. We had them look at three or four things, major things with our house and he didn't give me a written estimate or sort of a ballpart. It turned out they weren't interested in doing at that time. I don't remember the specifics very well.

Description of Work: Delta Design repaired damage to our kitchen and basement after the dishwasher leaked. Delta was very professional and did an excellent job working with the insurance and us.

+ 1 moreOh, my. Tom Erickson is a life saver. In every respect he and his team were exceptional. First of all, he is a very honest and friendly person. A joy to work with. Second, he knows his stuff - all of his suggestions were spot on. He worked as a contractor for us for more than two months to get our house dried out and then to get new tile, carpet, dry wall, paint, toilets, sinks, granite, hot tub, shower and light fixtures installed. He did so many things above and beyond the call of duty. He always pointed me in the right direction. He is a person who I trust. I would hire him again in a second if I had to do any remodeling. My husband actually thinks he did a great job! And that's saying something!!!!
Description of Work: We had severe water damage throughout our house due to a burst water pipe. Tom Erickson of Delta Design in Fargo was our General Contractor and he oversaw the entire tear out and rebuild of 3 floors of our house! I AM SO IMPRESSED! He also proved to be wonderful at working hand-in-hand with our insurance adjuster.
