+ -1 moreThe person helping me gave me an answer, then verified with the person behind him. That person verified the price, but then someone towards the back chimed in and said it was higher. Then two of them proceeded to argue loudly about the price and when it had changed. I was not the only customer in the store at the time. Highly unprofessional, and I'll look for another locksmith for the services I need.
Description of Work: Stopped in the Main Ave store to get some house keys made. I inquired about the cost of a service call to my house to get some interior locks installed.

+ -1 moreI came in prepared to have them look at the issue and to probably have to come back at a different time for them to repair the lock but was pleasantly surprised that it was not a broken lock. He went right out to my car with my key and came back in to make a new key for it, probably because he suspected it was a worn out key. I told him I had another key on hand and he tried that other key and used lubricating spray on the lock and the key worked, so I now know that my lock is not broken. I asked how much a new key would cost, but because I had a spare key, I decided to not get a new key made at that time. They did not charge me for anything and I was very happy with their service. It felt like he genuinely just wanted to help me figure out the issue and get it solved.
Description of Work: I had what I thought was a broken lock on the passenger side of my car door and they put lubricating spray in the lock and determined it was a combination of a sticky lock and a bad key, not that my lock was broken.
