That was a big disappointed. Their prices kept going up. We got charged and she wasn't doing the job. She was hiring it out to kids. There was a cleaning problem in our building. We got charged for work that wasn't done because the bathroom was dirty and the clients in the building complained about garbage not being emptied. The carpets were not vacuumed, the toilets were not clean and the soap dispensers were not filled. I parked my car and watched and they were young kids and they didn't even turn on the lights. They were done in 30 minutes. We got charged for every day for them being there 4 or 5 hours a day and they never did the work. I have no way to prove it but there was theft of cleaning supplies such as toilet paper and paper towels. I questioned her because in 2 months time I had $800 worth of supplies ordered so I started looking to see what had happened. She didn't even show up to turn the keys over and she had a flunkie show up for that. We paid her around $1,100 a month for about 1 1/2 years. She had a nice way of saying that she would do the best job she could.
