 + -1 more.The installation tech was professional, knowledgeable, and able to accommodate custom needs. Price is acceptable, but is the best available in my area. The Internet has been reliable and quick. I measured a download rate of ~37Mbps. CenturyLink also does not bandwidth limit/throttle speeds for excessive data use. My only major gripe is in Century Link's policy of assigning a day, rather than a time, to complete service. This is an annoyance, as somebody has to be home for the installation. I had to take a day off of work to wait around for the installation tech.
Description of Work: I ordered 40 Mbps Internet from Century Link. A technician installed the modem/wireless router and enabled access.

 + 0 moreI have not had a good experience when I call their customer service department, you never know who you are going to get on the phone or where they are. It can be really confusing when I try to set up repair services due to location issues.
Description of Work: I use Century Link for phone and internet service.
