NEVER RESPONDED TO RFQ

Bret's was able to accommodate our rather stringent scheduling requirements. The facility is over one hundred years old and had last been painted over 20 years ago. Stripping the layers of paint off and tuck pointing was prohibitively expensive, so the surface was basically power-washed and repainted, and the results are as expected.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I ordered screened dirt from them. Delivery was great. The dirt they left was NOT. I have two five gallon buckets of rocks, broken plates, large pieces of glass, rusty nails, rusty chains, brake rotors, batteries, ect. I tried unsuccessfully calling them to tell them what had happened. No calls were returned. I finally reached them by email. They agreed to refund half my money and said the loader must have dug too deep. I still wasn't pleased with my product but it seemed acceptable that they would refund half my money. Well, never received any money. They don't answer calls or emails. I spoke to two other people that bought dirt from them that are having the same experience as I do. I still have dangerous sharp material surfacing up from the dirt where my children play. Hopefully no one will cut or puncture themselves. Save yourself money and stress and stay away from this company. They do not keep their word.

I have no complaints at all. was done in a timely and professional matter. Stayed true to the quoted price.

I said that was not the estemate and was far to high. So he said another $1000 and he would finish the job. So i had to pay $3500 and not the $2500 estamate. What you think of a painter that would do that? Would you hire him? I would not, again
