+ 0 moreSaw the truck across the street and called the phone number. Sorry, no appointments today. I asked for an estimate for stain removal. She said I could ask the guys across the street so that they could come look at it. I walked over there. He didn't want to come and look at the stains and said that stains will come out except for red and orange. I asked if he could clean our carpeting today. He didn't say no, just that he had two more appointments, and that I should call the office to make the appointment. Called the office back and told her that he said he just had two more appointments. She wrote me down for a 3pm appointment. They never showed up.
