Great, they weren't the cheapest service out there but they were able to work with my schedule and the owner himself showed up on time to do the job.

Corey came to our house to render an estimate. We agreed on a price and a time. He showed up at the agreed time, one PM, and worked nonstop until he finished at six PM. Corey was very meticulous and thorough. He showed us before and after pictures. Quite a difference. He gave us a little, very dirty, stuffed duck he found in one duct. Neither of us recognized the duck, so it has to be more than 22 years since the last duct cleaning, Corey does professional work. We would use his services again.

This company was awesome! I recently purchased my first home, and was initially shopping for a professional carpet cleaning service for my one-bedroom apartment. I quoted out with two different companies--Big Fish had the best price, availability, and really went out of their way to accomodate my schedule. I ended up going with Big Fish for the apartment carpet cleaning, carpet cleaning in my new home (3 bedroom, 2100 sq. ft), and duct cleaning in the new house. They charge $400 for the ducts/dryer cleaning, and $250 for the house carpets (can't find the invoice for the apartment). I spoke with John (the lead) each time I called and he always responded promptly and with appropriate responses to my questions. His team was prompt, courteous, conscious of any mess they could potentially create, and up-front with me about how long the service would take. They even took before and after pictures of the ducts to show how it had changed. I highly recommend the whole team at Big Fish to anyone looking for services in their area.

He did a good job. He was very friendly. He explained a lot of stuff about he was going to do and how he did it. He was prompt.

They were great. They were reasonably priced. They did good work. Our dog had rubbed against our light color couch and I thought that the couch was done. They were able to clean it well. Their price was really reasonable. I had referred them to friends who seemed to like them as well.

Everything went as planned from start to finish, they were professional over the phone and gave us a quote up front on everything. After scheduling, they arrived on time and completed the work as proposed. I will recommend their services to other people that need carpet cleaning.

What a great experience! We originally were going to hire Big Fish to clean the carpets and blinds in our apartment after we moved out. When we discovered the previous owners of our new house had cats and dogs - both of which I'm allergic to - we asked Big Fish to do carpet and air duct cleaning on our new house too. They coordinated their efforts over two days to coincide with our movers, house closing and apartment walk through, and even rolled with the punches when we got into the house and discovered issues that needed a plumber. We were so glad we'd called Big Fish when they showed us the before and after pictures of our ducts. The only 'downside' was they got so much dirt out of the carpet in the house, we discovered that some of the carpets are actually a different color than we originally thought! We dealt with a number of Big Fish staff, but they were all professional and efficient. They even offered us a discount since we had multiple services. I recommend these guys to everyone!

They arrived on time and immediately set to work. My duct work was very, very dirty. They worked hard for six hours and had to dump their duct vacuum four times! The duct work pictures of before and after were amazing! My families allergies from dust will be greatly reduced. No more waiting 60 years for the next cleaning.

I made the mistake of selecting Big FIsh based on the price. There weren't any ratings on Angie's list at that time. We have white carpet and were going to list the condo when we returned from an overseas trip. There were a few spots that I pointed out when the man came to the house. I assumed he would vacuum the carpet before he cleaned, but he said that wasn't necessary. He just sprayed his cleaning solution on top of the surface dirt that was there. Of course after he finished the job and the carpet dried, the spots were still there and the carpet looked worse than it did before it was cleaned. The carpet was also wet, not just damp. We had to use fans on high for days to get it dry. I called the man a few days later and asked if he could come back and re-do the job when we returned from our trip. His response was that he would consider coming over and taking a look. I won't make that mistake again. This time I'll use a company with excellent ratings.

The experience did not go very well and I didn't even get anything done. I can't imagine what would have been the case if I did. On May 15th I called Bigfish to get a carpet cleaning estimate. This would have been my 5th company I called that day. I had been referred to this company by my property manager, saying I would receive a discount for mentioning our apartment complex.A man by the name of Jon answered, he was familiar with the units and said the cost would be around $225 to clean. That was his initial estimate before I had told him about the other companies estimates for the same place, which were between $135 and 175. He then proceeded to bash the competition with how they would have additional costs after the cleaning. He eventually agreed that he would do it for 150 plus 20 more for pet deodorizer, with a total of 170. Jon had said he would schedule me in for May 30th @ 4:30. He also offered to send a employee by to check out the carpet in person that lived in the complex to ensure our estimated cost and that we would not have the surprise charges he claimed the other competitors would surely add on. I was told a time table of the next few days that employee would stop over. That never happened......On May 24th, I had called to cancelled the appointment that I was told was "penciled in" for the 30th. Jon had answered, and tried to look for my appointment. Guess what, it was never in the system.

Gave an estimate, quickly and thoroughly did the jobs, and was paid the estimate price.

They were on time and did a great job. They were very professional.

Great job overall. Will use again.
