+ -1 moreHe sent an estimate and promised to follow up with a schematic, indicating that his partner would provide it within a week or two. He never got back to us. I phoned about three times over the course of the next two months and left messages which were not returned. I called one last time in January. Mike answered, was very apologetic, promised to send the drawing and said that if we accepted their estimate, we would be first on the construction schedule for spring. It is now February 19 and there has been no further contact.
Description of Work: After viewing the attractive project photos on the company's website, I e-mailed in September 2013 to get an estimate to construct a raised patio in our backyard. Mike Henrich came to our home and impressed us with his understanding of what we sought. He took numerous photos to work from.
