+ -1 moreWe noticed the furnace was not working. We had purchased the furnace new from Artic Services a few years prior to this. They responded quickly to our request for service, found the problem was electronic, replaced the bad part and had our furnace running again in a few hours. We were very satisfied.
Description of Work: Our furnace stopped working and Artic services quickly found and fixed the problem.

+ -1 moreThey are good. They had put in a furnace and 2 air conditioners for us. They are nice people to deal with. Their price was average. I know that it's the same as what the rest would charge. I would use them again. It's a small company and they remember us. Their quality is good.
Description of Work: We have our water heater and furnace checked by Arctic Services Inc. They’ve done all our work. We had a little bit of a problem with our furnace and they came out and checked it 3 months ago.

+ -1 moreThey did the work in a day, and it appears to be a high quality job. It's a small operation and I know they've been in business awhile, so I like to patronize those types of places. The only reason they don't get an A is that I'm not a huge fan of vendors that quote out and bill to quote. That's an unrealistic expectation, but I'm always pleasantly surprised when I get a bill lower than bid.
Description of Work: A contractor who is doing some finishing work on my basement hired out the HVAC additions to this business. The first step of the finishing process was to add two air ducts and a cold air return into the room we wanted to finished. They quoted $695 for that work, and billed $695. In addition they also cleaned out the filter on my air exchanger. I was concerned that the fan power in other areas of the house wasn't what it should be, so while they were there I had them check that out. Not sure if that work was included in the original bid.
