Description of Work: We built a new house last year, and our builder used All Seasons Mechanical for the plumbing and heating, and we had them do some work after we moved in, and have had nothing but problems with everything they have done. During the building, they "roughed in" our kitchen sink and drain. The problem is that they roughed it in along the outside wall of the house instead of the island where our plumbing and sink go. After calling our contractor, they re-did it in the correct spot, but just left the drain tube along the wall and just capped it. The day after we moved in to our house, one of our friends noticed that they did not connect the heating duct to our mudroom - the duct was hanging there, and the supply line was close by, but there was no connection between the two. I called and talked to them, and they came over and had to cut a hole in the floor under our cabinet to get heat to that room, as everything was done upstairs. I called them several months later to come and connect our sump pump bypass to our sanitary system. I had all the materials there, the service tech came over and did the work (less than an hour), and I received a bill for over $200. When I called to inquire about this, I was told there must have been a mistake and got credit on it. I then called them to "rough in" our basement bathroom. After they got that done, I finished my sheetrock, tape, texture, and paint. I then went to install my toilet only to find out that when they installed the toilet collar (plastic flange the sits on the concrete that the toilet mounts to), they installed it so that the toilet could not be mounted straight - only at a 45 degree angle. I called them and told them about the problem, and they sent 2 guys over right away. They had to chip out the old one, and reinstall a new one. They were very apologetic and said that should not have happened. I then mounted the toilet, connected the water, and found out that they had plumbed the hot water to the toilet and not the cold water. I called them and explained the problem to them. I talked to Bill, the owner of the company. I told him that I already had my sheetrock, tape, and texture done, and that they would now have to cut into my completed work to fix the problem. Bill assured me that they would take care of the problem - even the drywall work. So they came out and fixed the toilet water issue, and everything seemed to be fine. That was up until I sent them the bill for the $125 sheetrock repair bill. After all the issues I have had with them, they sent me an email asking if I could see it to deduct the amount they credited for the previous bill they over charged me on. At that point I told them to keep the money as they obviously need it more than I do. To this day I have not been paid for the sheetrock fix I had to do because of their work. I will never recommend them to anyone, and want everyone to know so that they do not have to go through all the problems and issues we have had to deal with. I have pictures to back up everything stated here if you are interested. I would avoid this company.
