Had appointment set up for manager to come to look at items to move and give an estimate. When he was 10 minutes late I called because I hadn't heard from anyone. There was no answer. I left a message stating that we had an appointment today and was wondering if they needed to cancel. Ten minutes later I got a text from them stating they had forgot about my appointment and could reschedule for 2 hours later. I asked if they could be here in a half hour since we did have an appointment. The response was that the only option was 2 hrs later. I responded stating that I was currently inclined to cancel the appointment altogether as I wasn't sure I could trust that they would show up. Unless they could tell me why I should give them consideration. I got no response. I thought it was completely unprofessional to respond to my phone call with a text when no communication previously had been via text.

They showed up a little late with a small truck, even though they knew we had a 4 bedroom house. The two guys were pretty small, no offense to them, but my husband had to help with moving a lot of our stuff. They allowed 3 hours for our move, and in that time they made 2 trips to the new house and were only able to move our beds, dressers, 2 couches, 2 recliners, and washer & dryer. Maybe I expected too much from a moving company, but I thought they would cover our banisters with protectors and have some sort of equipment to help them move heavy items, like an appliance cart? We were on our own to move the majority of our stuff. But what can you expect for $285 I guess? I didn't want to bother friends and family, but next time I will just ask them to help me move.

They arrived on time and completed the loading in reasonable amount of time. They were professional and accommodating. The furnished arrived at our Fargo house in good condition.
