 + -1 moreI came home on a very cold Friday night and after parking in the garage, the garage door would not close. After trying to fix some tangled cables myself, I was still unable to get it to work. I tried a few different places on Saturday morning and Advance Garage Door was able to get someone over to look at it. He identified the problem right away but did not have a part available to completely fix it. He was able to get it to work temporarily and it worked the rest of the weekend. Monday he came back and replaced the broken part - I have not had any issues with the garage door since then. I would definitely call again if I am ever in need of work on my garage door.
Description of Work: Fixed my garage door so it would close.

 + -1 moreWe used the services of Advance Garage Door in the past however we did get another bid for this job. The Advance Garage Door price was competitive and the product was superior to the other doors that we looked at. The owner (Gene) came to our house, talked with us about our options and followed up with quotes on a couple of different doors. Once we made our decision Gene was very responsive in setting up a time for installation that worked with our schedule. Although the actual installation took a few more hours than we expected due to some garage configuration issues that the crew needed to work around, the crew that installed the doors were knowledgeable, polite and cleaned up after the job. The price was exactly what was quoted. We are very happy with our new well insulated, well-fitting doors. We would definitely use Advance Garage Door in the future.
Description of Work: Removed and replaced old poorly insulated garage doors with new well insulated doors.
