A-1 Sewer & Drain

I guess i found my plumber! They are professional, very nice and friendly! The job i needed to be done on one day is fixed! My kitchen faucet, the water run very good with the pressure i needed. I have now cold water running by the washer & dryer sink! they needed to put another ring by the toilet so it won't be leaking anymore, and lastly they check my sum pump if it needed a change (as i thought seems old and not running) - the reason why why my battery is beeping! Ended up because there was no enough water i damage the battery i bought 1- 1/2 year ago. Though i needed to run to store to get a new battery, and new faucet to get it done, was happy because at least i choose the faucet that i wanted, and battery where i could get it cheaper. You need to try them and i bet you would like them too! Very reasonable, can't complain. They even give you tips - to care. The rating i give not just my own opinion, but my in-laws too! as they where there to prove it. There you go, that's my A+++ rating.

Extremely well. The technician (Rob) was right on time and had the faucet repaired in no time at all. He had a an idea what the problem was right away. He arrived at 8:30 am and had everything completed by 8:55am

I called on a Tuesday morning about my issues. I had a tech onsite within an hour, which was amazing considering it was non-emergency service. I was expecting it to be days before I saw someone. Tech resolved my first issue within five minutes. For the shower issue, they had to bring out a second technician, who came back the next day and resolved the issue within an hour. I was billed for two separate hour minimums, which I was concerned about since I laid out the scope of both issues in my initial call. They resolved the billing issue beyond my satisfaction. I will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs. One of the best (if not the best) vendors I've ever used from a responsiveness and quality perspective.

This was not a simple job, or I could have done it myself with the instructions on You Tube, there was a clog further up the pipe. The man who came out was meticulous and I can't say enough nice things about how he performed the work and spoke to me.

The technician showed up on time and ready to do the work. He was knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole project. I was really impressed with the timely manner in which the work was done. We will be calling A-1 with any of our sewer/drain needs in the future.

They're really good. They were very prompt. It was a Sunday and they were able to come and take care of the problem. There was quite a length of pipe that they had to clean to.

We've used A-1Plumbing before for small jobs like replacing a leaky outdoor faucet and fixing our sump pump. They are prompt and available when we need them, and they do a good job.

The price was reasonable. They're one of very few companies in Fargo area that do just sewer's main line and plumbing.

I was getting sewer backup through my basement floor drain, so I called a local plumbing outfit who referred me to A-1. The service guy was at my house within the hour and got right to work snaking the main sewer line. He did it twice, once with the smaller head and once with the full sized head. Very thorough. He got the job done, cleaned up after himself, and was very courteous and friendly. I would definitely use A-1 again.
