Parham's Created Countertops

Description of Work: First came out and measured for new countertops then came back about 2 weeks later to install my beautiful new quartz countertops. Very professional even followed up with a thank you note. Super family business.

Description of Work: We met Alan back in August to look over countertop choices to get a head start on picking out countertops, we knew our new construction home wouldn't be done for months. He had samples for us to look through and was very knowledgeable of the products he carried. The selection was great and we decided to go with a Silestone Quartz Group 6 in our kitchen and Silestone Quartz Group 5 in our bathroom. He looked into remnants to help us find the best deal for our bathroom. Told us it would be about 2-3 weeks from the time we ordered to the time it would be installed. He was on time for the install and went through it all with me so I knew exactly what to expect. We were still in the process of having our home built and a drywall guy came back for touch ups and he stepped in the sink in the kitchen, which of course caused it to come loose on one end (Alan did put in a bracket on the bottom for further support so it didn't completely come off). As soon as we noticed the issue we got a hold of Alan and he came right out to get it fixed and told us if we needed anything in the future or run into anything to just give him a call. Most companies leave you hanging after they get their money, but not Alan!! We recently went back to him to put in an order for some remnants for our unfinished basement bathrooms. My husband and I wouldn't go to anyone else in town for our countertops.
