Description of Work: We hired this company to pour cement for our home which included full basement and 3 stall garage. The walls were not straight in the basement and they put a window in the wrong place so had to cut the cement and move the window. Because of the crooked walls we had to pay extra for getting the house set to correct the errors and this cost increase carried over to the construction of the garage as they had to compensate for the bows in the cement. The floor of the basement does not have a smooth surface along the edges due to cement being dropped during pouring. This is a problem yet to be tackled which should not exist. The we get to the apron on the garage. The cement is flaking, chipping, and cracking. We have tried to get this resolved but Mudd One is blaming the cement company and they are saying it was poured and it was not taken care of properly and froze during the pouring process. Owner Chad Rosencrans stopped returning my husbands calls so I called him on my cell after a few months of no contact and sure enough he answered ONCE. Said he would get back to one of us in a couple weeks. No return call. When you call his cell number he doesn't answer as Mudd One but does say the names of two other companies. I would not do business with him at all again no matter what the business is that he is running now. He will take the money which he is good at and do the job which he is not good at and you will keep paying someone else to fix his mistakes.
