"I scheduled for them to access my roof and i was giving a couple days in which they said they could come. 1st day came and went. The second day I didn't hear anything from the company, so i called a bit before noon. Well to find out they weren't going to make it... no call, just blew me off and left me hanging. If this is how they treat customers it's not worth doing business with them. If they will act like that i can't trust them. I choose to take my business elsewhere."
