Our sump pump had been making a terrible noise and was not draining at all. I expected to be told we were going to need to replace it. We were glad to discover it did not need to be replaced and after a few minutes, he had it running like new.

They have also done minor plumbing replacements over the past 10 years. Very good work with care about cleaning up the mess and not tracking on carpets. I will continue to request their plumbing services and recommend to friends.

I had twice paid a clean-out service $170, only a couple of days apart. They identified the source of the problem, but advised that I would have to break a hole in a concrete floor (Ruining the mosaic tile in a bathroom) to get at the blockage. Walt's used ingenuity to open the sewer and remove the blockage, using an old broken backwater preventer as a clean-out. And check the cost!

the 1st call to them to redo some piping for a bathroom remodel went excellent. Their pricing is more than fair and the guy did and excellent job. That's why I called them back for another Item I needed repaired which was a pin hole leak in a pipe for a bathroom that ran from basement to 1st floor. Piping was in a difficult location to get at but they did and I am more than happy with their work and pricing. Plus they showed up when they said they would be there.

When I call they came over later that day. He was fast and did a great job. I thought the cost was quite price which was $100. All he had to do was clean out a part and turn a switch on so I was thinking it would be more like $50.

Great, very fast response

Arrived right on time and done very quickly. I've called Walt's Plumbing several times over the years and have always had great service.

I had called a couple plumbers in the yellow pages, but couldn't get a return phone call. A friend recommended Walt's Plumbing and so I called them in the morning. They got back to me that afternoon and came out as soon as I got home from work. He was very quick, had to run to town to get some items, but came back right away. He was unable to fix my disposal, but had a new one with him and installed it right away. The whole job took just under 2 hours. They mailed me an invoice and I paid it right away, I am very satisfied.

They took care of all the work needed to install and was always on schedule. They were contracted along with Jerry Custom Carpentry to do my bathroom remodel.
