The plumber I've been using has retired. This is the first time I've needed someone since then. I called all over town and either not no answers, left messages, or wasn't able to get anyone out here for an average of 4 days. I'm so impressed with this company! I wi be keeping their number for the future.
Description of Work: There was no water going into my dishwasher. I called to see how soon someone could come out here. The girl who answered the phone took my information and said she had to check but might be able to have someone out here today. She called me back a few minutes later and said she was unable to get a hold of the person she was trying to reach. She walked me through some stuff over the phone and we got it fixed with out a service call!
