+ -1 moreHad to reschedule twice because of some very welcome rain, but they did their best to make it happen as quickly as possible. Installation crew was courteous, professional, and stayed focused on the job. Everything was cleaned up before they left. The window looks great!

+ -1 moreMy salesman was excellent in his attention to the details in the ordering process as well as keeping me informed throughout the entire process. The installation crew did an outstanding job, were prompt and handled all my questions well. Would definitely recommend this company.
Description of Work: Install windows in house, garage and installed an egress window. This installation included a huge picture window in the front.

Description of Work: Our project is not quite done yet but they have been excelent to work with. They instaled even before the date promised. We are still waiting for a custom size patio door which we knew would take a couple extra weeks. One window pane did crack when installing but they called and let us know they have the new one on order even before we noticed it. The windows are all beautifull!! Once we get the patio door I can update on the patio door and after we have a chance to live with the windows.

+ -1 moreWe are moving and I wanted to get the broken screen door replaced on my home. They said it would take 2-3 weeks to get the door, then 2-3 months to schedule the time to replace it. We will be moving within a month so that's as far as my contact went.

Description of Work: Installed some windows in our home. The product is beautiful and well made. We are very happy with the quality or product itself. The sales person and employes in store were knowledgeable and helpful during the purchase and ordering of the windows. We went from real wood interior windows to a vinyl wood look and it's amazing. You can't even tell they are not real wood. The matching to the other non replaced windows and other woodwork in the house is perfect. There was a communication gap between the service installers and the management. There were some touch ups and a crank that had to be fixed/re-ordered and that information had not made it where it needed too resulting in having to follow up twice over about 4 weeks to get the items fixed. The attention to detail on the exterior of the home was lacking and we had to request them to come back and fix the mistakes to our siding. They did return to fix the items and it looks near perfect now and we are extremely happy with the finished product. We would order these windows again the product and final finish and look is better then we anticipated.

+ 2 moreI'm not real happy with them. Their customer service is really good, but I just had problems with their work. I've had gutters fall down and things are just not working out. I had a door put in that leaks hot air and condensation. I've used them for a lot of things, roof, gutters, doors and windows and I won't use them again. The price is good.
Description of Work: I won't be using The Window & Door Store again.
