Description of Work: The painting job is beautifully done and the main painter has been in charge of other workers plus has done more than anyone else to get the job done. Actually, it's not done. The only negative is that the contractor didn't evaluate how big the job was going to be and we're now in day 6 of what he said would be a 5 day job. We are hoping that it will be done by day 10. But the job they are doing itself is excellent.

 + -1 moreThe management and the people who actually did the work were exceptional professional and did a phenomenal job. The $3,000 price tag included the paint, sealant, other materials needed, and labor. I have mature landscaping around my house that they took great care in not disturbing. They were fast, did a great job, and left the surrounding areas clean when they finished. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: They prepped and painted the foundation of my home, that hadn't been painted for at least 20+ years. They also scraped and painted an exceptionally large cinder block fireplace chimney that goes up the side of my two-story, walk-out lower level, home. The fireplace is at least 12 feet wide and close to 40 feet tall. They also sanded an original wrought iron railing down to the bare iron and painted it with two coats. The railing is quite ornate so took a lot of time. It's about 40 feet long. AND they sealed my chimney with some type of sealant before painting it, which sealed a small leak I've had for years whenever there's a driving rain.

 + 1 moreAll and all it went very well, the cleanup was quite good and there were NO paint messes anywhere to clean up. We have a old home built in 1919 so the stucco is a very deep stucco and not easy to paint. What I didn't like about the whole process is if you know it's going to require 2 coats why is everything bid as 1 coat?
Description of Work: Power wash, scrape and paint the exterior trim of the home, then paint the stucco of the home which required very little scrapping only one small section on the garage wall.

 + -1 moreEverything went very well, they were a little behind schedule but once started the job was Awesome he guy who did the skim coat (Trevor I think) was outstanding our home was built in 1919 and we had removed years of wallpaper, he made the wall look just like the original smooth coating from the Craftsman error of housing. Very pleased, Price was a little high. But due to quality we are planning on using them to do the exterior trim and house painting.
Description of Work: Painted the ceiling in the living room and patio, also skip coated and painted the walls in the Dining room then painted the ceiling

 + -1 moreWe were getting bids for inside and outside of house and it was an extremely cold day. No one else would even bother about the outside bid. Don and Trevor did a beautiful job with skim coating plaster and painting. We will have them do outside of house in the spring.
Description of Work: Skim coat old plaster walls to make smooth, paint dining rooms, walls, and ceiling. Painted large living room ceiling.
