Description of Work: I made a phone call to Rocks and Blocks as I thought they did landscaping. They don't do landscaping themselves anymore but were glad to help me in getting a contact to an individual that could help me with my questions. Very friendly staff, professional, and clearly wanting to provide good customer service. They could have easily dismissed me by simply stating they don't provide landscaping services anymore and sent me on my way still wondering where to start and who to contact but thankfully they didn't take that approach. I am very appreciative and my project is now underway!
