Matrix Design

We met Paul Breiner at the Home Show at the Civic Center in Bismarck and he seemed to understand what we needed with the Universal Design immediately. He told us he would call to set up an appointment in a couple of weeks to come by our current home to understand what works for me (I am in a wheelchair) and what doesn't. He called when he said he would and showed up on time as stated and we went through what works and doesnt and he asked questions and told us he would have a preliminary within a week or so. He had a preliminary with about a week and we met to go over the design and most of it was exactly what we wanted already but he had questions about the kitchen which we knew and we went through those and in about an hour we had the changes figured out. Collaborating with Paul is very easy and he seems to understand what exactly I wanted and needed without alot of explanation. We then had only one small change we thoughtof and I called him and we got the new plans very shortly after that. About a week and a half or so which he told us it would be. he has always called back or emailed back quickly and worked very well through the process with us. There will probably be a couple of small changes when we get our builder started for ease of the build but I know that this will not be an issue Paul. I will and have recommended him to others and considering the cost estimations I received from others for the same type of design costs were less with Paul but the quality and the accessibility to him when needed has been above what others would do for the same job.The plans we have for our 2 bedroom 2 bath around 1500-1600 sq ft ranch home with oversized garage is exactly what we want and are very happy with what Paul has created for us.
