Description of Work: Had black dirt hauled in, graded and hydro seeded. Jamie was very responsive to phone calls and text messages. Cooperated very well as I had other projects going on at the same time. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

+ -1 moreWe hired Jaime, who owns and operates Landscapes By Leingang to do our new home landscaping. This included doing dirtwork (bringing in and leveling) hydroseeding, bringing in decorative rock and arranging for a decorative cement border. An additional project included building a pad from recycled asphalt. There was simply not enough dirt brought in for the lawn to take in the backyard. Despite reseeding the area, we still have a patchy, poor quality lawn fraught with weeds. The cement work was completed and we are happy with that project but he contracted that part of the bid out. The amount of decorative rock was a little on the skimpy side, we just can’t spread it thin enough to cover some bare areas. The asphalt pad is holding up OK but we were led to believe it would meld into a harder surface. Jaime said he believes this is due to a lower quality product that was available at the time, I think we should have been informed of that ahead of the project. Although a nice guy, he was extremely difficult to get in touch with as many of our phone calls went unreturned.
