+ -1 moreThey told us they would level the lot and seed it. When we called to ask when they were going to do it, they said they had already leveled it. The interior of the home had a lot of thin spots of paint where you can see through to the texture. They left all sorts of garbage in the house and never did a cleaning when they were done. The worst is the shingles on the roof. Shingles were laid too late in the season and they didn't all seal. We called the first year we had issues and they told us to wait for a hot day and they'd adhere. 5 years later, we are awaiting an estimate to address multiple leaks. Overall, its shoddy, rushed, cheap material, and they are incredibly hard to get a hold of unless your meeting at the bank.
Description of Work: L B built the home we bought and moved into in 2009. The home was mostly finished when we found it on the market.
