+ -1 moreDave was good at first but once he got started on the house he was very difficult to deal with, there was some problems with some things that he did not want to deal with. There was things tat were promised to get fixed after closing that never got done. Dave is very unprofessional to deal with as more then one time I had to get into heated arguments with him, and one of them even ended with him hanging up on me! I know some people around my neighborhood that had a home built by Herner Homes that had the same bad experience.

+ -1 moreDave worked well with us at first, but he grew quite difficult to work with toward the end. At one point, he yelled at our realitor. He would not give us a list of standards for his houses; in the end, he did not provide certain features we had been led to believe were standard with the house he was building.

Description of Work: Their houses are generally good but they don't get back to you as promptly as you would like it took them 2 weeks before they decided to contact you with their response. They're not professional in dealing with concerns.
