Enviro-Dry Carpet Care

It required a call back for a redo of the work because the carpets were not clean. The new work still does not meet standards. They do not have an address and when I have gone searching for their information they have changed their name and number several times. They claim to be family owned and operated since 1989, but I cannot locate proof of their business.

I was very impressed with his professionalism, punctuality, honesty and friendliness. I would definitely have him back. He was straight up with me on what to expect for results and he exceeded my expectations in every way. He does a wonderful job and is very reasonably priced. I have already recommended him to a few of my friends.

The furniture was at least 5 years old and has gone through children and regular "kid" stains and wear and tear. Many of the stains had come out and my furniture almost looks brand new. By using this service I saved money because I do not have to purchase new furniture. I will have this company back to clean my carpet!

Arrived 9:00 Did an accurate cost by measuring area I wanted cleaned. Brought in all necessary equipment and prepared carpet for cleaning. Finished carpet cleaning by about 10:15 or so. Great Job!

I left a message, which was returned within the hour. He was very understanding and helpful. He was able to get me an appointment the very next day. During the appointment, he was thorough and took extra time to work on the problem. The problem area was taken care of and I am happy with the results. With the ceiling fan to help, the couch was dry within 4-5 hours. He was professional as well as comfortable to spend time with. I would definitely recommend his services again and plan to call them when I move out of my apartment and need the floors cleaned.
