It went great! Dean was prompt in returning my call and getting me a price. He was professional, yet very personable. He was meticulous with the workmanship and left my house cleaner than when he arrived! :) I wish I had another room that needed new flooring! I will definitely recommend Dean to my family and friends.

Dean responded to my first call inquiring about his availability to come to my house to look at the job and give me an estimate within a couple days. He was able to come within the week and gave me an estimate the day after looking at the job. Dean arrived a few minutes early on the day the work was scheduled and completed the work in the amount of time he'd estimated. Dean works quickly and doesn't leave any mess. His workmanship is excellent. Dean was friendly and very helpful in explaining what the possible causes were for problems I was having and what he would do to fix them. I plan to call Dean for any repairs or new finishing work that I need for our house and would happily recommend his service to people looking for a trustworthy, quality driven provider for flooring and tile work.

Dean was amazing!!!!!! We were in a serious pinch as I run a small business from my home and we ended up firing the first company that we had agreed to. He came over for the estimate and told me he'd back on the 3rd. He said that he started his day at 8 so he thought he'd be to the house around 8:30. He was AT MY HOUSE at 8:00!!!! I was so excited! Dean is very easy to talk to, very patient while answering questions and work with although he wouldn't let me do much to help! :-) I got extremely lucky in getting dean as he had another project that gave him a day opening so he was able to squeeze my kitchen in. I would HIGHLY recommend using him for any of your flooring needs! I know we will be getting on his list again in the near future! A++++++ contractor!!!!!

Dean was very professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous. The work he performed was perfect and no detail was overlooked. He left the work area cleaner than when he started. On top of all that he is an honest and personable man. I would not hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to friends.

Dean is a professional through and through. He always confirmed appointments, showed up on time and explained everything in detail. There were no surprises. He was always available to answer my questions (that says a lot as I am notorious in asking many questions). We scheduled out about 6-7 weeks ahead of time. He had an unexpected family emergency that delayed him one week yet he made me aware of it right away. He arrived on the new scheduled start day and kept me informed on the progress with daily photos and texts (I was out of state). He has an artistic eye to have multi-patterned tile flow well. I wanted a couple of newly laid tiles replaced and he didn't take it personally. He replaced them immediately. Truly a pleasure to do business with.

The project went very well. Very prompt and courteous. Great attention to detail extremely meticulous. More than met my expectations. I am very happy with the results and would not hesitate to recommend Dean to any of my acquaintances and if the need arises will definitely be calling him for any future projects that fall in his line of expertise.

DEAN CAME TO OUR RESCUE!! Last summer we had a flooring sales and installation contractor come into out home and install ~900 sq.ft. of Dura-Plank imitation hardwood flooring through out a kitchen, diningroom, hallway, and foyer. They set the floor crooked, almost ranout of the product, and when some defective planks needed to be replaced, there was not enough of the same LOT# left, thus more flooring needed to be purchased, and the new LOT# had a different finish. Dean came in removed all the existing flooring (that was only 8 months old) down to the original sub-floor. He checked and corrected any irregularities on the existing sub floor. Maticulously measured the project and informed me my house is straight.(Previous contractor said my house was crooked-that's why the flooring they installed was crooked) He installed the new Engineered Hardwood floor with precision. It runs perfectly straight and ties into the walls and cabinets correctly. Dean took the time to hand craft transition strips in doorways, and shoe base around all the cabinets. Our kitchen now looks like a something you would see in a Home Design Magazine. Dean showed up exactly on time every day of the project, was clean, neat, extremely proffessional and NO 2 hour lunch breaks. He took the extra time to explain each step of the process. I would reommend Dean Wetzel to anyone, he is the most maticulous contractor I have ever met. Actually, after seeing his finished product and the attention to detail that Dean will bring to a project; his pricing is should be higher.He is well worth the wait and there's a reason he is so busy!! We are so PLEASED with Dean's craftsmanship, we are having come back this summer to tile out a back splash area. Dean, THANK YOU for rescueing us!!

Dean is a maticulous and well planned out craftsman. He had his tools, supplies and strategy all ready to go which I appreciated because he wasn't coming and going from the job site all the time. He dedicated his attention to our project. We scheduled this three weeks in advance and he kept his word, showed up on time and finished on time.....really important since Valentine's Day was the completion day! He estimated the materials and the scope of the work perfectly! I highly recommend Dean! He's a rare businessman, honest and full of honest advice. I totally trust him and I just know him through this interaction. He came recommended to me by a freind in the flooring business and so, if the flooring guys are recommending him out of all the flooring guys in the city, that says something too!
