+ -1 moreI called Dick's at 8am. I explained that I was unsure if we had a bad downdraft in the fireplace, or possible blockage. We had used the fireplace the evening before, house filled with smoke. We used a fire extinguisher to put out the fire. He said he had a cancellation and could come around 1 pm. They called at 12:30 that they were on their way. Two gentlemen arrived, checked everything out from inside the house, and on the roof. They told me, we had a downdraft, that there was no blockage. I asked them the still clean the chimney either way. They did a professional job. He checked the furnace to make sure the smoke had not clogged the air filter. They cleaned up their mess, were polite, friendly, and answered questions.
Description of Work: Cleaned the fireplace.
