Description of Work: Outstanding...from bidding to cleanup after the project was completed. Sales staff walked me through every step in the process. The crew arrived on time, were courteous, and most importantly, did a great job! I've recommended them to friends.

Description of Work: Would not even come look at my roof to give me a quote was told I wouldn't be able to help you at this time and hung up. At least give me a date that you were looking like you could..Need better customer service skills.

+ -1 moreI called this company since they are the second business that comes up when you do a Google search for roofers in Bismarck, ND. I spent a few seconds explaining that we had a home inspection done and needed a small repair when I was cut off by the person on the phone. He informed me that they only do big commercial jobs and that they were backed up already and I should just call a handy man. HOW RUDE! Its not so much the content of the conversation, but the nasty tone that earned them this nasty review. 'll take my business elsewhere.
Description of Work: Very rude on phone when tried to schedule an appointment.
