Cooling & Heating Unlimited, Inc. provided the lowest estimate for the services. They came out and made an inspection at our home within a day of the request. They did make a mistake in the estimate that resulted in a lower price than they intended, but they honored the price quoted. They were very prompt in making the installation, courteous and professional at our home and we are happy with the results.

This went on from 2/19 to 3/3/2014 and I was without a furnace during that time. Ill tell you it was -20 below multible days and nights during that period. Started out well maybe the furnace needs to be cleaned out, well that was not it oops. Then furnace needs gas swirl plate whitch I agree had to order the part three days later, oops that was not it. Then furnace needs a new gas regulator valve don't have the part don't know where to get one. I went on the internet and found one and ordered myself. Four days later after I finally received the part and installed it myself furnace still not operating correctly. Gas valve needs to be adjusted I agree. He started the adjustment procedure using a machine to measure the flue gas emissions, oops his piece of equipment to measure emitted gas was not working have to see if a buddy of his has one to lend him. Two days later found one to borrow and started the adjustment procedure again, oops never done one like yours before so he got on the phone with someone that knew what was going on. I am happy to say the furnace has been running correctly ever since. So if you need someone to make eight trips to your home and spend a lot of your money I would highly recommend this company.

Company's office people (phone) are very friendly and show a genuine interest in what the client's exact situation is. The company and the actual plumber were very accommodating in suggesting/allowing me to do the demolition work that preceded the actual pipe replacement, which cut down on their charges. I also got to help the plumber (hold pieces of replacement pipe in place, providing /holding flashlight), which I enjoyed; he and I had a nice chat about houses and construction and tools.

It seemd like everyone was so busy on a hot day when my air conditioner went out. It appeared to be simple but then I thought it could be very expensive. I called them on a Monday and they state we should be able to get to it on Wed. GREAT since other places I called were two weeks out. The secretary then called me and let me know there would be a delay since their technician was just finishing up another job. No problem. The technician then arrived and he was the most professional a person could ever ask for. I thought this was too could to be true. He looked over the unit and said I will check everything out and see what we can find. He did so and had it repaired in a very short amount of time. Oops it did not work after he left. I called them back and within about 1 hour the technician came back and apologized and fix it right and it worked great every since. The price was very reasonable and to the point of being cheap but the quality was exceptional. The moral here is that not everyone is perfect but they fix their mistakes right away and with no arguments. They are number one.
