Boll Cabinets

I phoned Boll Cabinets on 9/02/14 and they sent a carpenter up to our house within a half hour of my call to look at the door and determine what could be done to make it fit. The carpenter explained what he needed to do and took the door back to the shop with him. The owner of the company phoned me about an hour later saying the adjustments would take about 2 hrs and the estimate would be about $120. I told them to go ahead and he said they would start on it right away. They called at 8:10 the next morning to see if they could come up and re-install the doors. They were here within a half hour and had the door installed within 1/2 to 3/4 hrs. The door look perfect. You would never know that this was not the original design. The carpenter was pleasant and courteous. He cleaned everything up after himself and made sure everything was completed . I was extremely pleased with the service we received from this company. I really appreciated how prompt they were.

Rodney provided excellent customer service. He was very patient, knowledgeable and made himself available to us whenever we needed him. He's got a great personality and his work was exceptional. Very professional. One of the best service providers I've ever worked with.
