The job was done well but was unhappy with the cost. Was told that the job would be between $200 to $300. After time spent running around for parts (which they knew was needed before the job was attempted) the cost was closer to $430.

Lots of rework. Poor communication. Cut holes into Sheetrock in the wrong spot and left them without sayin anything. Now I have a 6” cut in the Sheetrock in the upstairs of my house. Also Said they were gonna lower the sink vent so it doesn’t stick up 12” above and behind the washer and dryer, that also never got done. Not happy, not satisfied and not hiring again. Had no concern for other contractors working in the same basement. 0/10 would not recommend.

We are sorry for any miscommunication while working on your project. Our plumber set the autovent (sink vent) according to code; and reran plumbing for the HVAC contractor as requested. A return air grille was not immediately available to cover where the sheetrock was cut to tie into main floor plumbing and we neglected to mention that at the time. Our apologies. I trust the remainder of the plumbing is to your satisfaction as we do our best to meet customer expectations while maintaining adherence to codes.

The same morning I called a plumber came to my house. He assessed the problem and ordered a shower. Per my request, the plumber adjusted his schedule to install my shower the next day. I am very pleased with the new shower and willingness to adjust their schedule.

Perfect work. Great guy. I think we paid a little more than I should have for labor. He said labor was $80/hour, he was here for an hour and a half and it was $200 or labor. No biggie, but I would double check on that if we have them again.

Everything went great! Got appointment right away. Due to my being at work, left my home door open. Plumber called me at work after finishing upstairs bathroom and asked for permission to install new faucet in laundryroom. I returned home and was pleased with the work that was done. When I received the bill, I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable my charges were! Would certainly call them again.
Description of Work: Had a dripping faucet fixed in upstairs bathroom. Also had faucet valves replaced. Had a new faucet installed in laundry tub due to other faucet being corroded.

They came within an hour of my request for service. While he was here he answered several questions I had. He was friendly and explain exactly what he was doing and why.
Description of Work: The main water pipe rusted through and broke. He repaired that and made sure everything was in working order since it was the first time I turned on the system this year.
