Description of Work: The gentlemen were very polite. There were some spots on the carpet that did not come out, I wish they would have communicated that with me since the carpets were obviously wet and I didn't want to walk on them. They were generous, allowing me to borrow a couple fans over night. I would give them an A-

Description of Work: I had asked to have a quotation for carpet cleaning and Paul came over to do that. While he was here he cleaned 3 stains because we were going to have a house party that weekend, he did so at no charge. We are having them do the whole house carpeting the first of the year.
