+ -1 moreJosh helped me get the parts I needed to fix my dryer. So many times I have gone to get parts from others and felt like I was Inconveniencing them. Josh understood how important getting my dryer fixed fast. It took a lot of stress off of me to get the parts I needed and did not have to wait to get them in the mail. He returned my calls right away. I had to get parts from him twice. Most of the time if I am looking for a part or something and making calls to get it, people don't return my calls. Now I don't know if that is the norm in business or just my luck of the draw. I did not need him to fix my dryer. But if I needed a appliance repair I would go to him first
