They fixed and repaired my ac unit instead of telling me to replace it to make more money. The guys were very respectful and nice to my St. Bernard dog even though she did a lot of barking at first. They were very informative about how to better maintain my ac unit since itâ s an older one. Rob and Kaden did a very good and complete job of fixing my ac unit."

"I have been a long term Connole & Sommerville customer, having had them do the plumbing and HVAC on several new homes for me. I had always been satisfied with their work and their price was in line with other companies. Things have changed with new management and employees. In January 2023, I was out of town and had them install a bath sink faucet (I supplied) and tighten down a kitchen faucet in my rental. They billed me $316.90, but I protested the hourly rate ($95 vs. the $75 they told me) and the three hours labor. They reduced the bill to $256.90 but maintained it took them three hours to do (my tenants told me two hours). If I were in town, it would have been an easy hour job for me.
