drain cleaning
+ -1 morehe was very prompt and explained what he had to do; that he found only soap and crud build-up and no roots to roto thru. I asked him to open the floor drain and close the smaller plug on the side. He said it best to leave the floor drain open as that is where the trap is and will keep from having a sewer smell in the basement. No longer having back-up gurgles and smell into the kitchen sink. I have used this same provider for several years and am always happy with the result.
Description of Work: cleaned out basement floor drain as when washer was cycling out, water would back up under basement steps.
