He came out on Sunday and as promised put the water heater in , for the price he quoted and cleaned up after himself. Could not be happier for his service

The new technologies for on demand water heaters is much better than years ago. I'm just delighted as this new water heater takes up much less space, leaves more floor room in the utility room, cannot leak, and will save me $$ on my gas bill. It took @ 4 hours to remove the old heater and install this, so you aren't without hot water for long.

1 of my out of state rental properties had a water heater issue. Mr. Brown contacted me within 30 minutes of my request. He showed up as promised at the time we agreed. Repaired the issues and charged a FAIR PRICE. Having someone I can rely on locally is a huge plus for me. I would recommend Mr Brown 100 out of 100 times.
